A 75-minute individual counselling session offers an extended opportunity for deep exploration and reflection. This longer format provides ample time to unpack your thoughts and emotions. A 75-minute counselling session is particularly beneficial for exploring complex issues or significant life transitions.

I believe quality care and support should be accessible to all, regardless of financial situation. If finances are a barrier, I offer a limited number of sessions at a sliding scale rate where the cost can be adjusted based on your financial need.
